After the completion of the 2013 Visual Playground Design School, which I managed for a year, I sought to take all the lessons I learned while organizing the project and compress them into a format that would help teach future generations of project managers within local NGOs what they need to be able to create the best value and experiences possible for their chosen agendas, while at the same time avoiding all the pitfalls.
Starting first as a series of workshops, the next step was to take all the info taught within that framework and put it into a physical, reuseable format: a comprehensive, interactive .pdf manual split into the 11 chapters I thought were most important for a new manager, each with its own identity. Other proposed applications were a mobile app, a physical handbook, and a website.
